مسئولیت اجتماعی(CSR)
همهی ما در قبال جامعهی که در آن متولد شده و رشد یافتهایم، مسئول هستیم. مسئولیتی که جنبهی اجتماعی داشته و میتواند به شکل فردی (Social Responsibility)، در قالب سازمانهای دولتی (Organization Social Responsibility) و یا در ساختار شرکتها و مجموعههای خصوصی (Corporate Social Responsibility)ایفا گردد. ما در اینجا به انجام مسئولیت اجتماعی بهعنوان اخلاقیترین وجههی یک سیستم اداری یا تجاری در بدنهی یک مجموعهی خصوصی میپردازیم. چرا که در حقیقت زمانی که مجموعهای بهطور داوطلبانه در راستای ساخت جامعهای بهتر گام برمیدارد، ایفا کنندهی مسئولیت اجتماعی خویش در قبال جامعه و مردمی است که فرصت رشد را به او دادهاند. مسئولیتی که میتواند در سه رکن زیست محیطی، خیرخواهانه و اخلاقی اجرا شود و این مهم به عواملی چون اهداف اخلاقی، توان اجرایی، چشماندازهای شرکت و.... بازمیگردد.

In the early 1950s, this concept was introduced by Howard Bowen, an American economist, in the wake of damage to the environment, excessive productivity of human resources, social problems, etc., and now it is one of the important factors for identifying companies It has become an influential economy.
Why should companies accept their social responsibility?
By accepting social responsibility, in addition to paying our respects to a society that has given us the opportunity to study and learn skills, benefit from welfare, medical and social services, we will also feel efficient and feel better about ourselves, but this issue has more benefits. It also has some of these items; One of them is the increase of trust, especially during recessions and crises. In addition, if an organization is dynamic and has young employees, it should know that generation Y is looking for meaning in work, and the concept of CSR is a difficult part of the meaning. Something that, as a result, will increase the resilience and strength of the head when the work is difficult, and maybe in the meantime, it will encourage more companions to participate, and all this will lead to more recognition without being the main goal of the story.
What is the best way to implement corporate social responsibility?
For the maximum effectiveness of the CSR concept, the best approach is to create a constructive interaction between NGOs or charities with the private sector. Because, without a doubt, NGOs and charities are more familiar with the area of harm and have mastery of important issues in their field of work, and at the same time, they have found the skills to work in this field, which makes the organizations not to be misled and to be guided in the right direction. get and finally have the best efficiency in the desired field without wasting time.
That's why we are motivated to step on this path believing in our social responsibility and with the motto that "CSR is not just doing a good thing, but doing things well". Our first project in this field was of the Strategic CSR type and in full connection with the company's field of work, which took place with Gabrik NGO, and the current project is being carried out with Emad Charity, which is considered a Responsive CSR type. Being faithful to our slogan, we have shared the story of our religion with you, with the hope that we will have more companions on this path, so that we can take steps to have a prosperous Irani Abad.
