Product pricing data, product shipping data, and any updates to this information are placed electronically in drop-down lists, stored in server databases, and executed through server interfaces. The product shipping update process begins on a monthly basis, during which a member of the logistics team in the customer service department enters the product shipping information received from each manufacturer. The system then validates the data against any subsidy agreements and calculates the subsidy. A finance member has access to the product price catalog for cross-referencing for shipping charges.
