The lifecycle of a project is divided into 4 consecutive stages, each of which ends with a major achievement ( Milestone ). At the end of each stage, an evaluation is performed to determine whether the desired goals have been achieved or not. If the employer approves, the next step will begin.

Each stage consists of one or more cycles ( Iteration ), so that each of these cycles:
1 .They have a time limit and always end at a predetermined time.
2 .It includes a set of goals that are clearly defined and documented .
3 .These goals are designed to help achieve the ultimate goals of that stage.
All these cases will be controlled and managed by the management and software system of Netrise Company, which has been created based on the BPMS of this company and in the same way.
In fact, each cycle is an independent development lifecycle , which means that the achievement of each cycle is a thoroughly tested software with the quality of the final product. With continuous integration ( Continuous Integration ) system has grown continually so that each cycle characteristics ( Features ) adds to the system. In this way, it is possible to ask for feedback ( Feedback ) from the employer from the beginning, as a result, it will prevent deviation from what the employer wants.
The initial stages of the work focus on eliminating potential risks , so that at the end of the second stage (description) most of the remaining work (for the construction stage) is predictable. Delayed software projects are characterized by attempts to run the system prematurely, while so-called " problematic " elements are delayed until the final stages of the project.
