In fact, the process shows how work is done during the internal task areas of the organization. Process-oriented management shows the relationships of suppliers and customers with business processes.
In fact, the process management system It is a combination of activities and rules aimed at achieving (complete) product coordination and consistency obtained from successive iterations of the process and ensuring that all products manufactured and services provided are the same.
Process management tries to standardize, stabilize procedures, increase value added, and document the steps required to get the job done and to create a chain link between these steps.
