Social Responsibility (CSR)

We all bear responsibility towards the society in which we were born and raised. This responsibility has a social aspect and can be expressed individually (Social Responsibility), within government organizations (Organizational Social Responsibility), or as part of the structure of companies and private entities (Corporate Social Responsibility). Here, we focus on performing social responsibility as the most ethical aspect of an administrative or commercial system within a private organization. Because, in reality, when a collective voluntarily strives to build a better society, it is fulfilling its social responsibility towards the community and the people who have given it the opportunity to grow. This responsibility can be carried out in three areas: environmental, charitable, and ethical, and this depends on factors such as moral objectives, capacity for implementation, the company's vision, and others.

A report on the social responsibility of Netrise in the fall of 1404

Social responsibility can be seen as a way of repaying the debt we owe to the society that has given us the opportunity to grow and flourish. We believe that if this repayment of our debt is directed toward a specific cause and pursued with continuity, it can lead to a brilliant outcome. In choosing our social responsibility path, we decided that instead of focusing on systemic communications and upgrading technology to facilitate various processes, we would extend a helping hand to human beings who need empathy and companionship more than technological advancement. This is a journey that began in 1400, and we now take pride in the fact that over these years, that point on the path has been a refuge of peace and reassurance about the rightness of our direction.

Fields of activity

In fulfilling our social responsibility, we acted in the way our hearts testified was right. The main route on this path leads to “Emad House” – a home that is a shelter for sick children during their stay in Tehran. The “Gabric Diabetes Information Association” was another path through which we were able to support others with our knowledge. And finally, “Shemiranat Children’s House” is where we return to the first chapter of life and where we have the chance to recreate our own memories in the form of another child, hoping that the happy moments of those days will be experienced by them as well.

Emad House

The story of Emad House begins in the winter of 1400. We undertook the costs of Room No. 5 in this house on Qobad Street in Tehran for under-16 guests in poor health who come to the capital in the hope of recovering their health, often visiting a big city like Tehran for the first time. We strive to extend a helping hand amid the smog and bustle of Tehran by lifting from their shoulders the worry of finding accommodation, easing the fatigue of their journey. It is still hard for us to grasp that in 1401, Room No. 5 hosted 28 families, in 1402 it welcomed 30 families, and in 1403 it was a place of stay for 29 families. So far in the current year, 19 children have stayed in Room No. 5, for periods ranging from 1 to 47 days, and guests of our Room No. 5 have come from 17 different points across Iran. Throughout all these years, with hearts full of kindness, we have safeguarded the privacy and confidentiality of these little angels and their families like a precious gem; for this reason, we do not even disclose their names, and this commitment will remain our eternal priority.

Guests of Room No. 5 this year

Eight months have passed since the beginning of the year 1404, and so far 19 children have been guests of our Room No. 5. The thought that 19 children, with ill bodies and in a strange city, did not have to worry about accommodation is exactly what calls us to continue on this path. Nineteen children who, on their first night in Tehran, might have been overwhelmed by the sound of car horns and the smell of pollution, yet Room No. 5 was where calm was restored to them and the memory of home was kept alive.

Gabric and Shemiranat Children’s House

The Gabric Diabetes Information Association, whose purpose is to raise awareness about diabetes, was a place where we were able to help using our expertise. By providing an MIS system with lifelong, free support to this non-governmental organization, we contributed to data management, the reduction of paper documents, the improvement of external interactions, and the easier extraction of statistical information and generation of output reports.

Shemiranat Children’s House is a safe haven for children without guardians or with inadequate guardianship, which has been active since 1396, and it is with them that we travel back to our own childhood. Covering the costs of a field trip, making the dream of watching the stars from an observatory in Tehran come true, and similar experiences were all ways in which we tried to create memories at Shemiranat Children’s House—so that with the thought of tomorrow’s excursion, we could fill one of their nights with excitement and joy.
